We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager with 4 to 9 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in Bahwan CyberTek. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling payroll operations, employee queries, and statutory compliances.

Roles and Responsibility

• Process payroll for India, APAC, and US regions.


• Verify employee joining and CTC verifications with signed offers.


• Validate HR monthly inputs and update new joiners and separations on the system.


• Reconcile payroll with reports before payments and prepare fund requirements for monthly payroll outflow.


• Ensure accurate report submission and timely delivery of pay sheets and payments.


• Manage intercompany transactions and process separated employees' Full and Final settlements and end-of-service benefits.


• Prepare year-end audit schedules related to Payroll and employee benefits.


• Handle employee claims and clarify queries.

Job Requirements

• Expertise in payroll processing for India, APAC, and US regions.


• Experience in employee joining and CTC verifications with signed offers.


• Knowledge of HR monthly inputs verification and updating new joiners and separations on the system.


• Hands-on experience in statutory compliances and verifying Employee's Tax declarations with actual savings proofs.


• Proficiency in reconciling payroll with reports prior to payments and preparing fund requirements for monthly payroll outflow.


• Ability to ensure accurate report submission and timely delivery of pay sheets and payments.


• Prior experience in Payroll tools (Must) and Oracle ERP (Preferable).
