What You Will Be Doing:

• Conducting detailed analyses of engineering systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that align with project and organizational goals.
• Overseeing the testing and validation of new technologies and systems to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and enhance engineering practices.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of engineering trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ yrs of exp, have experience as a tech lead, leading technical design decision, and have done scrum master role.
• .NET Core, Angular, Javascript, Oracle or SQL Server, strong in OOPS concept, Familiar with Agile methodology.
• Proven experience in engineering analysis, with a strong understanding of systems and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, with a demonstrated ability to manage and execute technical projects.
