Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled D365 Finance Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial processes and experience working with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 F&O.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure and implement D365 Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Budgeting
- Perform system setup, parameter configuration, and testing
- Support end-to-end implementation cycles (CRP, UAT, Go-Live)
- Provide functional support and issue resolution
- Collaborate with technical team for customizations
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and user manuals
- Conduct user training sessions
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of finance/accounting concepts
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O)
- Expertise in:
- GL, AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Assets
- Understanding of business processes & ERP workflows
- Experience in implementations / support projects
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
