Director of Engineering -Mobile Aps

Job Function: Mobile App Engineering (iOS or/and Android)

We are looking for a senior mobile engineer who can build, scale, and own high-quality mobile applications while leveraging AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate development and raise the quality bar. You will play a key role in shaping the mobile platform, architecture, and engineering practices across the team.

• Design and build scalable, high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android used by a large consumer user base.
• Own mobile systems end-to-end architecture, development, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production.
• Lead technical decision making across mobile architecture, platform choices, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Drive engineering productivity using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Establish high engineering standards through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences.
• Continuously improve development velocity, testing automation, and release pipelines.

• 8-12 years of experience building consumer mobile applications at scale.
• Strong experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) development.

• Experience building cross-platform applications using React Native and shipping apps to App Store and Google Play.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture) and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, system design, and production problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in fast-moving environments with high ownership.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows to improve productivity.
