Job Title:Marketing Technology Analyst

Job Overview

The Marketing Technology Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven demand marketing campaigns through effective use of DAP. This roleis responsible forbuilding,optimizing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, while working closely with internalteamand external clients to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and at scale.

The ideal candidate hasa strong foundationin digital marketing operations, marketing technology, and data analysis, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for improving campaign performance through insights and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing teams and stakeholders to understand campaign goals andidentifymarketing technology solutions that enhance execution and performance
  • Build, manage, andoptimizemarketing campaigns across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to shift priorities and handle diverse campaign types
  • Analyzemarketing data to evaluate campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Ensure high accuracy and quality through strong attention to detail, meeting both internal standards and external client requirements
  • Implement, manage, and support marketing technology platforms, ensuring effective usage and seamless integration with other systems
  • Develop,maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing initiatives
  • Support B2B Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by targeting priority accounts, to ensureaccuratetracking across the funnel.
  • Manage andoptimizeB2B content syndication programs, and support digital advertising andAdOpsactivities
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to marketing team members on tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and system integration
  • Troubleshoot issues related to marketing technology platforms and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in marketing technology, digital marketing operations, or marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, analytics software, and content management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and client presentations
  • Excellent with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicationskills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
