About Role: We're hiring a Growth Hacker to drive rapid user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation. You'll blend marketing creativity with analytical rigour to find and scale what works fast.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own growth strategy across the AARRR funnel Acquisition through Revenue.
- Run high-velocity A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and product flows.
- Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Content, Referral Loops.
- Optimise conversion funnels and reduce drop-offs at every stage.
- Set up tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels) and report on growth KPIs.
- Build automated nurturing sequences Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed growth levers into the product.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 6 years in growth / performance marketing,
- preferably in fintech or a high-growth startup.
- Deep expertise in at least 12 channels (Paid Ads, SEO, or CRO).
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, tag managers, and tracking setup.
- Strong copywriting skills for conversion-oriented creatives.
- Data-first mindset you treat failed experiments as data points.
- SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Experience with ASO, affiliate marketing, or product-led growth.
- Familiarity with India-specific channels WhatsApp Business API, vernacular content, UPI campaigns.
- Prior BFSI / lending / NBFC experience.
