Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Lead and design EUC (End User Computing) remediation using AI‑driven workflow automation to reduce operational risk and improve control compliance at scale
• Act as Solution Architect for end‑to‑end remediation across Python and Alteryx / FRAME platforms, aligning solutions to risk, control, and enterprise technology standards
• Strong knowledge of Finance process landscapes and core Finance data systems
• Identify, assess, and prioritise EUC remediation opportunities and translate them into a structured automation roadmap
• Design and deliver AI‑assisted remediation capabilities, including prompt engineering
• Build automation pipelines to support discovery, assessment, remediation tracking, audit evidence generation, and reporting
• Define and implement human‑in‑the‑loop operating models for AI outputs (review, approval, exception handling) to ensure accountable and auditable decision‑making
• Hands‑on familiarity with Python and IT‑managed automation platforms (e.g., Alteryx)
• Proven experience managing the full testing lifecycle (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Technology, Risk, and Operations
• Agile delivery capability; Scrum Master, SAFe, or Project Management experience is desirable

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related discipline

Master’s degree (MSc, MTech, MBA IT, or equivalent)

Experience

• Minimum of 12+years of relevant post qualification experience
