We are looking for a passionate HR Lead who is aspiring to take up a challenging role in a high-paced work environment. The HR Lead will partner with senior teams to lead the organisation design and talent strategy to optimise business objectives. This includes but is not limited to talent acquisition, business partnering, HR Operations, performance management, and Organisation change & development

The incumbent will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and capability building across delivery, technology, and corporate functions.


Responsibilities


  • Partner closely with business leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the organisation and design thoughtful engagement initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and analyse attrition trends; design and implement innovative retention strategies
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and continuously evaluate enhancements and strategic tie-ups to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Actively participate in the performance management cycle by guiding managers, ensuring fair reviews, and supporting employees with structured feedback and development plans.
  • Lead succession planning discussions with business leaders to build strong internal talent pipelines and leadership continuity.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Leverage HR analytics and people metrics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.

Requirements


  • 10-13 years of relevant functional experience
  • MBA with a specialisation in Human Resources/Operations
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Should be comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with changing needs.
