We are hiring for a Manager - Finance position based at SEZ, Phase 2, Noida location.
This position is to lead global subcontractor finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Oversee financial close, inventory management, and obsolescence tracking to ensure accuracy compliance. And Drive transfer pricing computation and FP&A activities, delivering insights to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing monthly reporting pack for management review. P&L, Inventory Consolidation, DOH, Obsolescence, Transport cost.
- Ensure the overall P&L consistency MOM vs budget and provide necessary comments
- Build the Budget standard costs and Budget P&L according to Group guidelines
- Monitors the standard costs consistency in actual, forecast and budget.
- Forecast, standard cost for each item and monitor variances.
- Difference between factory cost and standard cost to be checked and reconciled monthly (purchase price variance, FX Rate, acquisition costs, wastage)
- Accountable for timely and accurate submission of reports to corporate management
- Analyze variances vs. budget, previous month and forecast, prepare proper / specific reason for each variance, analyzing inventory movement and ensure accrual in line with group policy
- Responsible for Review BOM on periodic basis and ensure its completeness in Anaplan for BOM costing.
- Liaise with Business controllers (Corporate / Region / BU) in case of any questions regarding standard costs and provides consistent answers in a timely manner.
- Identifying areas of cost optimization and work closely with global supply chain, accounting and transfer pricing team
- Transfer price computation per product with detailed breakup of cost update on periodic basis and review with IST TP team.
- Support management to continuous financial performance improvement of the subco provide costing analysis, identify, participate and follow up cost reduction actions plan and investment opportunities.
- Responsible for ERP implementation as and when required and secure information accuracy and mapping on financial perimeter: inventory, assets, operations expenses, costing.
- Accountable for Active participation in global projects related to streamlining and/or improving processes and management system
Preferred Background
- Must be a Chartered Accountant CA / CMA & MBA (Finance) would be an added advantage.
- At least 10-14 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar capacity in a manufacturing setup.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- English: Good business communication skills both written (email, etc.) & oral.
- Experience in TM1, Tally, Power BI and preferable with Anaplan reporting experience
- Strong understanding of the best-in-class finance practices and processes
- Knowledge of cost accounting, IFRS and India GAAP reporting requirements is essential.
