Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and manage monthly forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Coordinate preparation of annual operating plans, aligning with business objectives and financial targets.
• Oversee long-range planning, incorporating market trends and business strategies.
• Collaborate with Business Finance partners to validate assumptions, gather data, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in FP&A.
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline financial processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
• Drive simplification and standardization of FP&A processes across the organization.
