Job Description
1. Contracts/Agreements
- Structuring, reviewing, drafting and execution of contracts at corporate and unit level.
- Various agreements:- Term Sheet, MOU, Vendor/Supplier Agreements, Servicer Agreements, Facilities Sharing/Revenue Sharing Agreements, Bank Guarantee, Performance Bank Guarantee, All Marketing Agreements, JV Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Technical & Foreign Collaboration Agreements, Employment contracts, Training bonds, POA, and various other Agreements/Contracts, deeds, declarations, bonds and other documents.
- Prepare advisory notes for higher Management on all legal and corporate matters.
- Managing external counsel & providing general legal advice and responding to internal queries.
- Delivering lectures at Artemis orientation program on legal related topics.
2. Compliance
- Monitor legal and Compliance through monitoring of Compliance Management system.
3. Litigation
- Selection of external lawyers on company panel.
- Legal notices:- Drafting of replies to legal notices from State level/Central level statutory authorities.
- Solicitor Interaction: Continuous interface/discussions with the solicitors of the Company on legal issues/litigation including for medico-legal/medical negligence cases.
- To appear before Courts, Tribunals, Forums and Regulatory authorities for resolving Critical issues. Represents the company before law enforcement agencies and coordinates litigation activities with external partners/ agencies
