The Role
As a Management Consultant I with Worley , you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Team leadership of a team of consultants
- Provide consulting support to clients, including technical modelling, market analysis, regulatory and policy analysis, and economic modelling
- Data gathering, analysis and modelling
- Economic trend analysis and forecasting
- Support and direct the development and maintenance of in-house market models and databases

Skills and Market Expertise
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and industry networks.
- Capability as a consultant in energy markets, commodities and the energy transition
- Able to synthesize market data, global trends, and customer information to create meaningful reports and forward-looking analysis.
- Strong understanding of hydrogen, ammonia or battery materials is a plus
Experience and Qualifications:
In addition to performing the tasks above:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar degree and experience
- Analytical skills including data analysis and modelling. Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word PowerPoint. Experience in Power BI / Tableau, python, econometrics or other analytical/visualization tools/methods will be an added advantage
- Experience in client relationship development is a plus.
- At least three to five years of experience in market analysis, process economics, and/or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
