Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP CPI, Groovy scripting, and SuccessFactors integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP applications while ensuring seamless data flow, system reliability, and optimized integration performance.
The role requires hands-on experience in developing integration interfaces, troubleshooting CPI issues, building custom integrations, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SAP CPI integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Build and maintain integration flows (iFlows) for SAP and third-party applications.
- Develop and enhance integration solutions using Groovy scripting, APIs, and adapters.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and define integration architecture.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems to support HR and business processes.
- Develop custom connectors and interfaces for ERP, CRM, HCM, and other third-party enterprise applications.
- Configure and manage APIs, web services, IDocs, SOAP, REST, SFTP, and other communication protocols.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve CPI pipeline failures, interface issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Optimize integration performance, message processing, and system stability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities for integration solutions.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migration activities related to SAP CPI and BTP.
- Ensure adherence to integration standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documents.
- Provide production support and timely resolution for integration-related incidents.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Expertise in Groovy scripting and custom integration development.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST, SOAP, IDocs, XML, JSON, and web services.
- Experience with integration adapters such as SFTP, HTTP, OData, SuccessFactors, and JDBC.
- Knowledge of middleware integration concepts and cloud integration architecture.
- Familiarity with error handling, monitoring tools, and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP CPI/BTP certification is preferred.
- Experience working on end-to-end integration implementation projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
