Your Role
You will manage end-to-end application production support, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement across systems.
Mandatory Primary skills :
Strong experience in Linux / Windows / AIX environments
Knowledge of SQL, MongoDB & scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
Hands-on with ServiceNow, Autosys, monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Kibana, etc.)
Exposure to DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible)
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes & Cloud platforms (IBM Cloud preferred)
Understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Handle Incidents, Requests & Changes within defined application scope
Ensure SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with global teams (Paris OPS, Infra, Security, Dev)
Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes
Contribute to ITIL/ITSM processes, reporting, and continuous improvements
Support knowledge transfer & operational excellence initiatives
