Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage all legal aspects of the company's operations, including contract negotiations, litigation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the handling of criminal and civil matters related to the company's business activities.
- Provide strategic guidance on corporate law matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Ensure effective management of labour laws compliance across multiple locations in India.
Job Requirements :
- 16-20 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering & construction industry.
- Strong expertise in corporate law, criminal matters, civil matters, and labour laws.
- Proven track record in managing complex legal cases involving high stakes.
