Roles and Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Services Contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop contract strategies that align with company goals.
• Conduct thorough research on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation, negotiation techniques, and dispute resolution processes.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in contract drafting, review, or management in an IT services or consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts including MSA's NDA's SOW's etc. .
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
