Key Responsibilities

Contract Review & Risk Management

• Review project Proposals, Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and EPC contract documents.
• Identify commercial and legal risks to prepare comprehensive risk notes.
• Highlight contract deviations and draft structured summaries for management review.
• Assist in evaluating customer, vendor, and subcontract agreements.

Drafting & Documentation

• Draft corporate agreements including NDAs, MOUs, and Consortium Agreements.
• Formulate purchase orders, standard contractual clauses, and legal notices.
• Manage documentation for Change Orders and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Prepare formal legal correspondence and dispute-related paperwork.

Research & Compliance

• Conduct legal research on statutory regulations, case laws, and contract issues.
• Monitor legislative updates impacting infrastructure and EPC business operations.
• Ensure corporate compliance with applicable local and national laws.

Stakeholder Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate with project teams, business units, and external legal counsel.
• Maintain contract trackers, legal templates, and central document repositories.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely contract execution.
• Support administrative coordination for litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and arbitration processes.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical thinking, and research skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication for corporate correspondence.
