Role: L&D Trainer Supervisory Grade

Reporting To: AGM Learning & Development
Job Purpose
The L&D Trainer will support the organization's learning strategy by designing and delivering training programs, managing
learning systems, and driving capability development initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with business
stakeholders to identify capability gaps, support Individual Development Plans (IDPs), execute the annual learning plan,
and promote a culture of continuous learning. The role will also drive learning adoption through program marketing,
stakeholder engagement, data-driven reporting, and modern digital and AI-enabled learning approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs across behavioral, functional, and leadership
development areas.

Conduct structured new hire induction and onboarding programs.
Manage and administer the organization's Learning Management System (LMS/LXP), including course uploads,
learner assignments, user management, and completion tracking.

Generate training dashboards and periodic reports on learning coverage, participation, completion rates, and
capability development metrics.
Analyze learning data and present insights to stakeholders to improve learning adoption and program
effectiveness.

Support the design and execution of the Annual Learning Plan aligned with organizational priorities.
Facilitate the creation, tracking, and review of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support employee
development and career progression.

Design and support capability-building initiatives and career development programs across functions.
Collaborate with HR, managers, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend relevant learning
interventions.

Develop and update training content including presentations, facilitator guides, learning modules, and job aids.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital learning platforms to enhance learning design, content development, and
learner engagement.

Drive course and program marketing through internal communication channels to increase awareness and
participation.

Work with business stakeholders to drive program coverage and participate across teams.
Monitor participant feedback, assessments, and learning metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Support mandatory, compliance, and policy-related training initiatives where applicable.
Manage end-to-end training logistics including session scheduling, venue or virtual platform coordination,
participant communication, and training material readiness.

Demonstrated strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Exposure to training coordination, knowledge sharing, mentoring, or capability development initiatives will be

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and pipeline generation targets.
