Embark on a transformative journey as a Lead Test Engineer - VP, where you'll spearhead the delivery of the technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions coming up with the process design of the Foundational / Consolidated and Business data Products. To be successful as a Lead Test Engineer - VP, you should have experience with:

• Proven experience in global QA delivery models.
• Strong hands-on expertise in- Java (core + test frameworks) & Selenium / modern UI automation tools.
• Experience with API testing (REST, microservices), Test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.) & CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Test automation architecture and design patterns, Shift-left testing & TDD/BDD practices.
• Strong knowledge of: Capital Markets & Equity Derivatives (pricing, trading, lifecycle).
• Understanding of structured products, pricing models, and market data flows & Front-to-back trading systems.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Development and implementation of comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
