The Lead Analyst will take ownership of the technical and functional aspects of Workday Financials and Adaptive Insights. The ideal candidate will serve as a hands-on technical contributor, leading the design, implementation of complex solutions in Workday Financials & Adaptive. The candidate will mentor junior team members and review deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
Essential Functions

Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning. These Include, but not limited to -- functional setup, business process workflows, reports, integrations and Adaptive models.

Act as an Adaptive Planning subject matter expert, defining best practices, design standards, and governance. Has experience in implementing Adaptive Workforce planning.

Actively manage the Agile development process: groom backlog, sprint planning meetings, daily standups and retrospectives. in line with industry best practices i.e. reviews, testing and migration.
