Job Title: Lead Python Django Developer

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Django Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, Django, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and architecting enterprise-grade solutions. Experience with GraphQL will be considered a strong added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Build scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions on AWS
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD processes, and agile methodologies
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver long-term solutions
  
  

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in backend development
• Strong expertise in Python and Django Framework
• Extensive experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as:
• EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
• API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM concepts
• Solid understanding of Linux, version control (Git), and modern development workflows
• Experience with application security, performance tuning, and scalability

Added Advantage (Good to Have)

• Experience in GraphQL (schema design, resolvers, integrations)
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Knowledge of frontend integration (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus
