EXP- 8+

• Continuous Verification & Strategy: Define and implement maturity assessments to develop tailor-made strategies for verifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) for business critical, client-facing applications in Touchpoint.
• Shift-Left & CI/CD Integration: Automate performance analyses and quality gates within GitLab Pipelines to ensure \"Quality@Speed\" and continuous testing.
• Hands-on Load Testing: Plan, implement, and execute scalability, capacity, and performance tests using tools such as JMeter, K6, Azure LoadTest or Gatling. Experience in Loadrunner is of advantage.
• Observability & APM: Design and develop observability solutions using Splunk, AppDynamics, or other APM tools (Azure Insight, LGTM stack) to monitor system health and detect anomalies.
• Runtime Optimization: Conduct deep-dive runtime analysis and optimization of complex distributed systems on UBS cloud platforms.
• Technical Stack: Proficient in Java, Go, or Python for scripting and automation within DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Utilize test analytics to identify performance bottlenecks and system weaknesses within software architectures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical bottlenecks into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must have:

• Hands-on Load Testing: Plan, implement, and execute scalability, capacity, and performance tests using JMeter, K6, Azure Load Testing, or Gatling
• Observability & APM: Design and develop observability solutions using Splunk, AppDynamics, or other APM tools (Azure Application Insights, LGTM stack) to monitor system health and detect anomalies

• Cloud Cost & Capacity Planning Correlate performance test results with cloud resource consumption (Azure) to drive cost-efficient capacity planning
• Profiling & Memory Analysis Experience with JVM profiling tools (e.g., async-profiler, JFR, VisualVM) or Go/Python equivalents to diagnose CPU and memory issues

Good to have:

• Chaos Engineering & Resilience Testing Experience with fault injection and chaos to validate system resilience under failure conditions
• Continuous Verification & Strategy Define and implement maturity assessments to develop tailor-made NFR verification strategies for business-critical, client-facing applications in Touchpoint
• Stakeholder Communication Translate complex technical bottlenecks into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
