Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive TDM Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in Test Data Management, data provisioning, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing enterprise TDM processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing synthetic data generation strategies to support performance and functional testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) processes to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Design and implement automated, self-service data generation platforms using tools like GenRocket, K2View, Delphix, Broadcom TDM
- Identify and implement synthetic data generation strategies to support performance testing and reduce dependency on production data.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless data provisioning across environments.
- Provide actionable recommendations and best practices for TDM based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during data masking, subsetting, and obfuscation.
- Maintain documentation for TDM processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
- 5–8 years of experience in Test Data management, Synthetic test data generation, Data Masking.
- Strong hands-on experience with TDM tools such as GenRocket, K2View, IBM Optim, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
- Experience in synthetic data generation, data masking, and data obfuscation techniques.
- Familiarity with performance testing requirements and data needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
