Project Overview:
Lead Full-Stack Engineer responsible for building and scaling an internal workflow automation platform based on n8n.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows integrating multiple systems and APIs
- Build and scale workflow automation platform capabilities
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development
- Support platform onboarding, customization, and adoption across teams
- Partner with stakeholders within the Japan Recruit domain
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams
- Deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Support long-term platform success and adoption
