Role & responsibilities :
- Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end of web applications and API based applications.
- Understanding of Web technology components like Web server, Application Server, databases(RDBMS).
- Basic troubleshooting and SOP documentation.
- Deep understanding of performance monitoring and anomaly detection.
- Demonstrable ability to provide support to internal and external clients.
- Advanced proficiency in determining the Root cause of application errors and repairing them.
- Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Good process knowledge on HR domain and functions
- Incumbent should have good communication skills
