Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong experience in Kubernetes Administration
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Strong experience in Helm for package management and deployments
• Hands-on knowledge of Argo CD for GitOps-based deployment
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration
• Strong exposure to Istio / Service Mesh implementation and management
• Experience in Autoscaling concepts such as HPA, VPA, and Cluster Autoscaler
• Strong experience in Docker / containerization
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes networking, ingress, load balancing, and security
• Experience in monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Kubernetes environments
• Good understanding of Linux administration, shell scripting, and YAML configuration
• Experience in production support, incident handling, and root cause analysis

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor
• Exposure to Calico / Cilium / Network Policies
• Knowledge of cert-manager, secrets management, and RBAC
• Experience with multi-cluster Kubernetes environments
• Exposure to Azure cloud services beyond AKS
• Understanding of disaster recovery and backup strategies for Kubernetes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
