Role: Junior Recruiter - Non-Tech


This person will be required to work and drive full-cycle hiring across Non-Tech functions - BD, Finance, HR, Intern/Contractual hiring etc. Managing end-to-end recruitment journey, all the way through to sourcing & screening and preparing offer letters while maintaining an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.


Key responsibilities:

  • Source candidates Use job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to build strong pipelines for non-tech roles.
  • Screen applicants Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate fit against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews Schedule and manage interview loops between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintain ATS & Reporting Keep ATS & Trackers updated with accurate candidate data and hiring stage progress.
  • Partner with hiring managers Understand role requirements, share updates, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend and negotiate offers Preparing offer letters and managing basic compensation discussions with guidance from senior team members.
  • Build talent pools Proactively develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring and future roles.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an Internet/ Retail/ Eduction/ Telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of end to end recruitment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sourcing & scaling teams.
