Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile Technical Lead to be part of our R&R / Presales / Solution Engineering team based in Chennai (Siruseri). This role involves working across diverse client requirements and multiple technology stacks including Java, Python, and .NET, along with Cloud and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements
- Design and propose scalable solutions across multiple tech stacks
- Develop POCs, demos, and prototypes for presales and RFP/RFI responses
- Partner with sales teams during deal cycles and provide technical leadership
- Evaluate and recommend the best-fit technologies for different use cases
- Lead architecture discussions and solution design
- Work on Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and AI/ML-driven solutions
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-deal closure
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable assets
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java or Python or .NET
- Exposure to multiple technology stacks is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications
- Experience in presales, solutioning, or RFP/RFI responses
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
