- Provide L2L3 production support for lending applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Analyze application and server logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixesworkarounds.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver reports using SQLdata queries based on business needs.
- Provide solution support aligned to customer requirements and system capabilities.
- Collaborate with different teams for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Support release activities and post-deployment validation.
- Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, basic framework understanding).
- Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, report generation, data analysis).
- Experience in applicationproduction support.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Experience in understanding businesscustomer requirements.
- Capability to create reports and provide data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Any other).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Lending domain Banking Financial Services.
- Familiarity with FinnOne Neo.
- Exposure to Spring Boot or enterprise Java frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of batch processing systems.
