Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, refactor, and re-engineer web applications using Java/J2EE technologies
- Design and implement REST APIs using Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Work with Spring Security, JMS, JSON, XML, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
- Ensure application security following OWASP best practices
- Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL
- Work on distributed systems and microservices-based architectures
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins/CloudBees, Maven, and Ansible
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Tomcat, and AWS cloud services
- Participate in code quality improvements including unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and code coverage integration
- Follow agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design, integration, and deployment
