Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create effective test strategies
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using AI-enabled tools where applicable
- Perform manual testing as well as automation testing for web and/or desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Build, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
- Prepare test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders
