Role US IT Recruiter : US IT STAFFING

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
  • Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
  • Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
  • Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
  • Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
  • Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

Note- Freshers or candidates with International BPO experience can also apply.

Work Timings: 7:30 PM : 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
