- Plan and execute 360 integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail, and PR channels
- Drive end-to-end campaign management including ideation, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints in line with brand strategy
- Support product launches and GTM strategies with impactful communication plans
- Collaborate with Media teams for campaign planning, media strategy, and performance optimization
- Work closely with PR teams to align communication across earned, owned, and paid channels
- Partner with Sales and Retail teams to translate campaigns into strong in-store visibility and activations
- Execute BTL initiatives, retail campaigns, brand events, and POSM deployment
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs; suggest optimization strategies
- Develop consumer insights and market understanding to drive effective communication strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the consumer electronics/smartphone category
- Manage agency relationships including creative, media, and production partners
- Support marketing budget planning and utilization ensuring cost efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, E-commerce, Digital, Global IMC) for seamless execution
Preferred candidate profile
- 47 years of experience in Integrated Marketing / Brand / IMC roles, preferably in consumer electronics, smartphones, or technology brands
- Strong understanding of 360 marketing (ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail) with proven campaign execution experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product launches and high-impact marketing campaigns
- Solid grasp of brand building, brand positioning, and communication strategy
- Strong consumer insight orientation with the ability to translate market understanding into effective campaigns
- Experience working with media planning, PR, and agency partners
- Exposure to retail marketing / BTL activations / on-ground campaigns is highly preferred
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking, ROI analysis, and marketing KPIs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Retail, PR, and Digital teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment
- High ownership, execution-driven, and result-oriented approach
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Good to Have
- Experience working with global teams / international brand alignment
- Familiarity with consumer electronics or smartphone market trends in India
- MBA in Marketing or related field
