GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE You will be a part of Aon s US Commercial Risk will act as key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice, high quality, innovative and profitable service in accordance with the client s needs and the agreed Scope of Service Agreement. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of insurance procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Creates and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
- Support claims setup including data entry
- Request and process carrier loss runs and claims documentation
- Maintain claims records and update client claims guides and documentation
- Verifies the accuracy and compliance of requested documentation (policies and endorsements)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-confident to make sound independent decisions
- Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people
- Team player, adaptive to mentoring and continual learning
- Must be able to read, analyze and reconcile financial reports.
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to details
