The Valuations Group specializes in valuation of a wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and assets (tangible and intangible) that assists clients in taking key decisions in several areas including strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and joint ventures), internal/financial restructuring, strategic decision making and legal issues.
Responsibilities:
- Good academic track record and strong work ethic.
- An understanding of valuation, including cost of capital, DCF, and other valuation tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated attitude and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to databases such as Bloomberg, Capitaline etc. is a plus.
- Internship experience in valuations / corporate finance space is a plus but not required.
