We are looking for a passionate and driven HRBP to join our dynamic team at Manipal Hospitals!

What You'll Do:

  • The incumbent is responsible for providing HR support to achieve overall business goals, managing the complete employee lifecycle and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • The role includes designing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs, including performance management and HR data analytics.
  • Responsible for comprehensive workforce planning and budgeting to address current and future business needs.
  • Drive Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives. Set SMART KRA/KPIs for all roles and gather employee feedback to improve the work environment.
  • Promote better communication and collaboration within the unit. Analyze exit interview reports and initiate activities to reduce turnover and retain talent.

 

 What We Are Looking For:

  • Any Graduate with an MSW/MBA in HR.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HRBP role.
  • Experience with PMS processes and goal setting. Employee Engagement Initiatives and their impact on the workforce.
  • Experience in manpower budgeting and TA metrics.
  • Knowledge of Rewards and Recognition practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
