Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
