Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model in domestic staffing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
