Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
