Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
