Role & responsibilities

To enhance employee experience and engagement across the banks network by designing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives. The role also includes ownership of the Advantage Club platform, ensuring its effective utilization for rewards, recognition, and employee connect.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

1. Employee Engagement Strategy

  • Develop and implement engagement frameworks aligned with business and HR goals.
  • Conduct pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement diagnostics.
  • Partner with Cluster Heads and HRBPs to drive localized engagement interventions.

2. Advantage Club Platform Management

  • Act as the SPOC for the Advantage Club platform across the organization.
  • Coordinate with the vendor for new user creation, credential management, and platform updates.
  • Ensure timely reward disbursement through Advantage Club by managing approvals, invoice processing, and point crediting
  • Monitor platform usage, redemption rates, and employee feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness.
  • Address login and access issues.

3. Recognition & Communication

  • Manage monthly and quarterly recognition programs via Advantage Club.
  • Curate internal communications celebrating milestones, achievements, and cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with internal comms team to amplify engagement stories.

4. Employee Experience & Culture Building

  • Champion onboarding experience through induction programs and resource guides
  • Drive initiatives that promote inclusion, wellness, and community building.
  • Support grievance redressal and escalation documentation in collaboration with HRBPs

5. Data & Analytics

  • Analyze engagement metrics, attrition trends, and Advantage Club usage reports.
  • Present insights to HR leadership with actionable recommendations.

6. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all engagement activities and platform usage comply with internal policies and InfoSec guidelines
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all engagement programs.

Educational Qualifications


Graduate/Postgraduate in any field

Certifications (If any)


Preferred in OD, analytics, or engagement platforms

Competency & Skills Required


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and survey tools
  • Vendor management and stakeholder coordination
  • Creative thinking and program design capability


Preferred candidate profile


The ideal candidate is an HR professional with 26 years of experience in employee engagement, HRBP, or people experience roles, preferably within BFSI or large distributed organizations. They should have handson exposure to engagement platforms (such as Advantage Club), strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, and the ability to use data and analytics to drive engagement outcomes. A creative, executionfocused, and employeecentric mindset with strong communication skills is essential for success in this role.
