Job Summary:

The HR Legal Manager will be responsible for handling all legal aspects related to HR, including Full & Final (FNF) recovery, legal notices, and recovery cases. This role involves managing HR contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and drafting and implementing HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong legal expertise, negotiation skills, and experience in labor law compliance to support the organization's HR legal framework effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. FNF Recovery & Legal Proceedings

  • Oversee Full & Final (FNF) recovery processes, ensuring timely settlements and recoveries.
  • Draft and send legal notices to ex-employees and other stakeholders for recoveries.
  • Handle all types of legal recovery cases/recovery suits, coordinating with legal teams and external counsels.
  • Establish and maintain tie-ups with local courts and legal professionals for efficient case management.

2. HR Contracts & Compliance

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various HR-related contracts, including employment agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
  • Ensure all HR contracts comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide legal advice on employment-related disputes, contract enforcement, and statutory obligations.

3. HR Policy Drafting & Implementation

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Regularly update policies to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary procedures, workplace ethics, and employee rights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM with expertise in labor laws.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HR legal functions, including contract drafting and recovery cases.
  • Skills: Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified HR Legal Professional (CHRP) or equivalent.
  • Membership in a Bar Association (if applicable).
