Role Overview:
Looking for an HR professional to handle both recruitment and core HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
• HR operations: attendance, payroll inputs, documentation
• Employee engagement and HR coordination
• Maintain ATS/HRMS and recruitment reports

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Graduate , BMS - HR , (MBA HR preferred)
• Experience in hiring + HR
• Strong communication and coordination skills
