Job Title: HR Executive / Senior Executive Talent Acquisition (TAG)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR TAG professional with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (IT)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Manage interview scheduling,calendar invites, and call patching
• Follow up with candidates and panellists for feedback and status updates
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per SLA
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (HR preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
