
We're Hiring HR Sr Executive (Generalist | Manufacturing Sector)
Work Location: Chennai ECR (Work from Office only)
Salary: Up to 45,000 (Gross)
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Gender: Only Male Candidates will be considered
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Only Face-to-Face Interviews will be considered (No virtual interviews)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (60% Focus)
-Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, contracts and local networks.
-Conduct screening, shortlisting, and pre-interview evaluations for technical and non-technical roles.
-Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline for blue-collar and staff-level positions.
-Prepare recruitment MIS reports and share weekly updates with the HR Manager.
-Develop creative sourcing strategies to meet manpower targets within deadlines.
Site HR & Coordination (40% Focus)
-Monitor attendance, deployment, and daily manpower reports.
-Address queries and grievances of employees and resolve promptly.
-Ensure timely communication, reporting, and policy compliance at the site level.
-Support HR administrative tasks related to documentation and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-4–8 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
-MBA/MSW/PGDM (HR preferred).
-Strong knowledge of blue-collar hiring.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
-Fluency in English & Tamil (Hindi - added advantage).
