Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Handle mass hiring for blue-collar roles across locations
- Source candidates through field recruitment, job portals, vendors, and local networks
- Conduct walk-in drives and hiring camps
- Coordinate with contractors and staffing agencies
- Screen candidates based on basic job requirements
- Manage joining process and documentation
- Track daily hiring targets and maintain recruitment data
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) in hiring
- Handle employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
- Conduct engagement activities and performance reviews
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Coordinate training and development programs
Required Skills:
