Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced HR professional with strong exposure to group insurance / corporate insurance hiring and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for sales advisors, corporate sales & operations roles
• Bulk hiring from insurance companies, brokers, TPAs
• Manage onboarding and training coordination
• Handle HR operations, payroll coordination & employee lifecycle
• Track performance metrics & support retention initiatives

Requirements:

• 5–7 years HR experience in insurance / group insurance domain
• Experience hiring insurance sales / corporate sales teams
• Strong in recruitment + HR operations
• Good understanding of group health insurance
