Detailed Job Description:

Skill Set : Java, Selenium, REST ASSURED. Strong Automation testing skills. Candidates with only manual or hybrid testing experience won't fit the requirement

Domain Requirement: Airlines domain experience is must

Experience Range: 5-8 years

Work Model: Hybrid role; preference is 3 days/week from the Gurugram office, though it may be reduced to 2 days depending on situation. Candidates must be based in the NCR region.

Interview Process: Two rounds of client interviews

Overview of the Role

Automation Test Engineer required to drive an automation-first quality engineering approach across enterprise applications. The role involves designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks, ensuring end-to-end quality across releases, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI/GenAI to improve testing efficiency. The resource will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be accountable for quality delivery, automation coverage, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in test automation (6+ years) with Java-based frameworks (TestNG/JUnit/BDD)

Expertise in UI (Selenium), API (RestAssured), and Mobile automation

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Knowledge of automation framework design, test data management, and database validation (RDBMS/NoSQL)

Familiarity with cloud execution grids (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Selenium Grid)

Strong understanding of Agile/STLC and release management

Ability to work in global/distributed teams

Exposure to AI/GenAI in testing and automation
