• Prepare consolidated financial statements and related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the senior management level.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency.

• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
• Qualified CA
• 14+ years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience within pharma, life sciences, FMCG or manufacturing is a must
• Prior Big 4 experience is a preference
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of qualified finance professionals
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders
