Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Guidewire L2 Support Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in Insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter. The ideal candidate should have experience in BAU, Guidewire Cloud, and Integration Web Services.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide defect triage and management support, including backlog management.
- Implement minor enhancements to Guidewire PolicyCenter and SmartComm document templates.
- Conduct code fixes for issues related to Guidewire PolicyCenter and SmartComm document templates.
- Coordinate fixes with GW and SC vendors, including initial investigation and analysis of defects/issues.
- Offer product/actuarial support, including proprietary/bureau and SBT/non-SBT updates.
- Maintain historical inference documentation and release planning/release management for new or updated enhancements for GW and SMARTCOMM.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Guidewire ACE Certification, Data Dog, AWS S3 Bucket, Jenkins, BAMBOO, or TeamCity is desirable.
- Knowledge of BillingCenter Experience, App Event, and Rating Experience (ISO and Compliance) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry operations and processes is required.
- Ability to work in a 24X5 environment with weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A B Tech degree is preferred.
