Full-Stack Engineer (React, Vite & TanStack Ecosystem)

About the Role

We are building cutting-edge AI products that power next-generation experiences in sports and entertainment. We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about creating scalable, high-performance applications. You’ll work individually initially but with clear pathways to grow into a leadership role, guiding and mentoring future team members. We provide a collaborative environment where you can use AI assistants (like Copilot or Google Code Assist) to do the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on solid, clean engineering.

What You Will Do

• Explore & Build: Scaffold out new product features and user flows using TypeScript, Vite, and the TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query, and TanStack Start).
• Creative Prototyping: Collaborate with our design team to turn wireframes into functional frontend demos using modern tools like shadcn/ui, Tailwind, or Mantine.
• Connect Features: Wire up frontend interfaces to flexible backends. Over time, you will help us implement interactive features like streaming chatbot components (via WebSockets/SSE) or setting up login flows (SSO).
• Work Smarter, Not Harder: Use AI tools inside VS Code to automate boilerplate, write tests, and spin up mock data models so you can turn around demos cleanly without feeling burnt out.

What We Look For (The Essentials)

• Solid React & TypeScript Basics: You understand how React works under the hood, and you write clean, structured code that doesn’t turn into unmaintainable spaghetti. Around 3+ years of experience is great, but solid fundamentals matter most.
• Excitement for TanStack: You love tools like React Query or TanStack Router and are genuinely excited to learn and adopt TanStack Start.
• An AI-Native Workflow: You enjoy using tools like GitHub Copilot or Google Code Assist to accelerate your development speed while keeping a close eye on data handling and code quality.
• A Flexible, Curious Mindset: You are willing to pick up new concepts as they arise, whether that means tweaking a lightweight Python/FastAPI route, hooking into an AWS Lambda, or configuring an auth provider.
